Standard shipping at R99 *due to the size and weight of our products, there can be in some instances variances on this.

If your purchase contains bulky or heavy items it will be adjusted accordingly

Your order will be processed within 72 hours.

We aim to ship your parcel within 5-7 working days of processing your order, however the sooner the better! We work with the aim to get your beautiful things to you as soon as possible.

Why do we charge shipping?
- We are a small company on a mission to create beautiful products that are made locally. We also aim to support local suppliers from the purchase of timber to our boxes and stationary. In order to be able to make our products accessible to the South African market we need offer a courier service that can manage the size of our parcels and the quick time frame we aim to get your purchase to your door.
- This service requires a little charge and perhaps a little more than smaller purchases you are used to. We promise, you won't be disappointed! ​

REFUND POLICY
​
We want all of our customers to be happy with purchases made at Jayd. If you receive any products that have a manufacture fault, you may contact us within 7 days (ie. 1 week) of receiving it and we will offer you a full refund of the item or a speedy replacement should one be available. If the item you purchased is not in stock we will do everything in our power to have it made specially for you as quick as possible. Jayd will only offer a full refund on items that have a manufacturer fault. The purchase price is the amount you paid for the product and does not include any delivery costs.

Please email us to arrange collection of the product via trackable service.
Products returned must be unused and undamaged. We shall have no obligation to accept any return that we receive after the expiration of the applicable return period (1 week after receipt of your parcel). Please ensure when returning the parcel that the products are properly protected.

EXCHANGE POLICY
​
If you wish to exchange a product, you will be given a store credit that you will be able to use towards your next order. Please be aware that any purchases made with store credits are processed as a new order and standard courier costs and delivery times will apply.
You are responsible for courier costs of returning the item. We recommend using registered courier services to return items, as we are not liable for any items lost in the post. Aramex at Pick 'n Pay and Post Net both offer a courier service. If you in the Umhlanga area or near surrounds we can also arrange for a collection point. Please let us know if this is an option for you and we can try accommodate as conveniently as possible.

When returning your products, consider using a traceable shipping service, as we cannot be liable for missing parcels. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Only full priced items may be exchanged, sale items are final.

Please consider that our products are crafted by hand, and therefore may vary slightly from the photos as well as from one batch to the next.
